PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training offers personalized fitness guidance tailored to your individual goals and needs. Working closely with a certified trainer, you'll receive customized workout plans, form correction, and technique instruction to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. Personal trainers provide motivation, accountability, and progress tracking to keep you on track toward your fitness objectives. With flexible scheduling and focused attention, personal training empowers you to achieve your fitness goals efficiently and effectively.

YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

With a heavy focus on developing Strength, Stamina, Flexibility and Cardio Respiratory Endurance our Youth Athletic Development program utilises training principles from Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Aerobic Capacity to develop Speed & Power.

Our classes run on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons from 4pm to 5pm. They consist of a comprehensive activation and mobility warm up followed by technique work and some lifting before a conditioning component.

SUITABLE FOR PRE-TEENS AND TEENS

Our program, suitable for Teens and Pre-teens, is somewhat broad in its goals: building and developing athletic performance, intensity, character, and peer support. The workouts can be long and more challenging than a Kids class, the skills are technical, and the mechanics are refined under the watchful guidance of our trainers. The variety of programming lessens the likelihood of overuse injuries, common in many training routines and year-round sports.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Our program is designed by Mitch Delbridge, an accomplished Olympic lifter and accredited exercise physiologist with years of experience.

In our Olympic lifting classes, you will learn the proper techniques and movements involved in the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These lifts are not only impressive to watch, but they also provide a full-body workout that can improve your strength, power, and athleticism.

Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters. Whether you're new to Olympic lifting or looking to improve your technique and performance, our experienced coaches will guide you through the process.

In addition to learning the lifts, our program includes mobility and stability exercises to help you improve your range of motion and prevent injuries. We also provide personalised programming to help you achieve your goals, whether you're training for competition or simply looking to improve your fitness.

GARAGE STRENGTH

Our founder, Simon Colley, leads these classes and ensures that every participant has a great time while getting an intense workout.

Our classes are not your typical gym routine. Instead, we combine traditional strength training, bodybuilding, gymnastics, and strongman techniques to create a unique and challenging program that will push you to your limits.

At the end of each class, we invite everyone to enjoy a post-workout social beverage together. This is a great opportunity to chat with other members and share your fitness journey.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Mitch Delbridge has 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, has competed at an international level in Olympic weightlifting, holds a Level 1 CrossFit certification, and has 11 years of experience in CrossFit training. His combination of education, practical experience, and athletic achievements has allowed him to develop a broad and deep understanding of exercise physiology and is capable of designing and implementing effective fitness programs for a wide range of clients.
